The July Nutrition Program was “Savor The Flavor”. For the past couple of months we’ve been growing organic herbs thanks to a generous donation of organic seeds from Zzigysgal. This month we used some of those herbs to make dressings, marinades and flavor dishes. Sometimes small tweaks are all it takes to make food more palatable for those experiencing taste changes during cancer treatment. We also continued to sample delicious probiotic foods from a generous donation from Lifeway Foods, and, as always, we smile, laugh and make memories.
