Ingredients

  • 3.2 oz. tofu (any kind; note - this is ~ 1/5 or 1/6 of container, depends on size you buy)
  • 1 cup soy milk (unsweetened, original or vanilla)
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine above ingredients in a blender & blend until desired consistency. *For an extra anti-inflammatory kick, add 1/2 tbsp. Turmeric powder - it tastes great!
