Happy New Year and Cheers to 2019! January is all about embracing winter produce. There are many health benefits to eating seasonably. Produce may not be overly accessible in winter, but with a little creativity and willingness to try some “less popular” produce, you can eat healthy! Go for roots, cruciferous and anything frozen!
