8 oz. tofu (any kind; note - this is ~ 1/2 a container)
1 medium banana
1/2 cup chopped walnut
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
*Add walnut pieces & cinnamon for garnish (if desired)
Instructions
Combine above ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
